These fit and fresh salad things are pretty cool, however. http://www.amazon.com/Fit-Fresh-210-FF-Shaker/dp/B000FNEVQG So that might also make taking a salad a bit easier. :) Thanks for the tips!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16132334.post-33381082725235379502011-03-18T11:07:38.000-07:002011-03-18T11:07:38.000-07:00Love Dr. Fuhrman's Creamy Asparagus Soup! http...Love Dr. Fuhrman's Creamy Asparagus Soup! http://veganfit.blogspot.comMarthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18082160497074643744noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16132334.post-59563308296831939602011-02-26T18:56:52.135-08:002011-02-26T18:56:52.135-08:00Don't you just love your tiffin?

I think its great mostly because it means im not eating so close to sleep time and it closed the margin against wanting to eat something quick and fattening since we were to tired to go out and find somewhere vegan and gluten free to dine. Im defintly going to do this now that Im at home and starting work again.

I was just wondering what are your ingredients for your big salad that you eat each day?Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15824721996813964063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16132334.post-79222981366367264372011-02-16T14:35:24.382-08:002011-02-16T14:35:24.382-08:00Great idea Jennifer! Well she actually recommended a big breakfast and smaller meals for the rest of the day. That way your body gets the fuel it needs for the day and you won't go to bed full of heavy foods. I have often thought of adopting that plan but a. I'm not a morning person and b. with my husband at work, it is impossible to feed him a good meal at a time other than the evening. Seeing your plan makes me a little more inspired to try it.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02448310968144184702noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16132334.post-64205056445305584942011-02-03T04:45:08.226-08:002011-02-03T04:45:08.226-08:00it looks delicious...I love your cookbook!it looks delicious...I love your cookbook!veggiebeautyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08847893432719550817noreply@blogger.com
