Lucky fella! Here in my part of the country it's just too flat to hike (not to mention there aren't many places to go that are in the [near] immediate area).

I love that book! And I am not even vegetarian. I think the blog is great too! I have only been reading it over the summer so I am excited to see what it is like once school starts!

Thanks for the book recommendation, its just now starting to cool down here and Texas and our hiking will begin again. We are always looking for new recipes to try out. I will be looking for that book now.
