Sorry this is an off-topic question(although the comic is very cute!). I recently purchased your "Vegan Lunchbox" Cookbook and I LOVE it! I wondered if you had any nutritional information for the recipes. Maybe it's there and I'm just not finding it, but I wondered about that after I made your amazing Carrot and Red Lentil Indian soup last night. Thanks! Kara
Sorry, I don't have nutritional information for all the recipes. In order to do that you must submit your recipes to a company that does nutrition analysis, and it can be quite time- and money-consuming.
