It's tough to be a sick Mom! I hope you're feeling revived soon. It seems like since I've been vegan (and since I do yoga everyday), I really don't get sick often... so it's extra suprising when a sickness does sink its claws in. Here's to a speedy healing! ~ Amey
I always do a double take now when peanut butter is in a kid's lunch. It's been a long time since any of the young'uns in my house have brought anything with peanuts along for lunch on account of kids at the school with severe nut allergies.
Rest up... and if you can get some pure elderberry syrup (it's not a sweetened syrup, just a concentrate from the elderberry), we have found that helpful - also astragalus tincture. Oh, yeah, and steep some fresh ginger in tea!
That's all my "dr. crunchy-mom" advice... hope you are feeling better soon! :)

btw, it may cheer you to know that you've inspired me to get the laptop lunches bento system. i bought everything found inside the lunch date package, except the fancy bag, since i found a perfectly nice insulated lunch tote @kmart for $10.99 that's nearly the same size (12x7x5 instead of 10x7x5). i call it the cheap date :)
