This is a really nice blog; I truly enjoyed flipping through it.

Did you ever post the recipe for the vegan cheese fondue? I would love to have it as well...

Thank you for the recipe! They look great. Do you think it would be possible to use maple syrup instead of the brown rice syrup? Maybe increase the amount slightly because it contains more water?

And yes! She posted the cheese fondue recipe on the recipe site and it is A-Mazing! I've made it twice so far - the second time using some of it to make a cheesy brown rice casserole with broccoli and zucchini. Yum!

thanks again!

Thanks for this recipe Jennifer. I don't know what happened with my printout, but I lost the recipe for the nutritional yeast fondue and I really want to try it. I tried clicking on the link under Veterans Day, but it won't work anymore. Can you repost it? Thanks!

Jennifer, if you need any help recipe testing for the cookbook, let me know! I am an inquisitive vegan girl who loves to cook and eat fun vegan food, and my vegan husband loves to eat, as well! :)

Let us know! veganruthie@yahoo.com

Thank you so much for letting me know, summer -- I'm glad you enjoyed them! It's always nice to hear!

Hi, mouse -- I don't know how it would work with maple syrup. I like the carmely flavor that the brown rice syrup lends to it, and maple syrup is more watery. Sooo, try it at your own risk! :-)

Yes, the link for the LunchBox fondue is definitely not working... Could you repost the recipe? It would be greatly appreciated; I'd love to give it a try this week.

Thanks.

I put the fondue recipe back up for now. Please print it if you want it. I've been told (by a publisher) that any publisher would be hesitant to publish a cookbook if the recipes were available online. So I can only keep them up for a little while for testing, then they go away and get put into the book. Thanks!

so glad I've found this blog (and your others, too). Been ovo-lacto for a while...woke up this morning and told myself to cut the crap and go vegan already.

gotta admit I'm a little scared and overwhelmed.

boy, i'm whiny...
