darn, I went to borders today to buy it with a 25 percent coupon off any book, but couldn't find it. Looks like I'll have to look somewhere here. :)

A UK fan here: I can't find the book on the amazon.co.uk site. Is it only available on amazon.com? I can assure you that you've got plenty of fans in the UK, a lot of them (like me!) wanting to add your book to their wishlist for Christmas!
